ITAP Carbon Black-Free, Eco Natural and Sanitizer: the first and only totally recyclable taps.

We direct our research towards the best materials and technologies. We like to explore new frontiers to support and develop the green culture through the packaging industry and to meet ITAP International’s primary commitment: to be sustainable.
We are proud to be the first and, at the moment, the only ones to have realized a CARBON BLACK-FREE version of this tap. We did it because we want to be sustainable. The black plastic packs are a challenge for the recycling process because the NIR (Near-Infrared) sensors, used to detect the material in the selection phase, cannot correctly identify plastics containing the colour carbon black and, hence, recycle them. The development of this special material makes the black plastic visible to infrared rays and it can therefore be recycled correctly. A choice that gives this plastic a second life.

The CARBON BLACK-FREE version is available in 4 standard colours* and is recommended for drinks and intense liquids that leave debris and colouring.

ITAP VS COMPETITOR: CONTROLLING FORCE AND FLOW.

CONTROLLING FORCE - Controlling force values are important throughout the entire range of movement of the ITAP tap; it is soft enough to activate easily but at the same time has a strong spring effect to ensure the immediate interruption of the dispensing action, guaranteeing a perfect seal.
OUTPUT FLOW - The flow rate diagram shows the amount of liquid dispensed per unit of time.
